LEONG Ka Hong, Milton

Bachelor of Honours (Hons Biochemistry) & Doctor of Medicine from McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 1966-1970 . Five years further study in London and became Associate professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the McGill University in 1975-1979.

Completed the first IVF case in Hong Kong and well known as “the father of IVF babies in Hong Kong"in 1986.

Professional qualification: Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) (Obstetrics & Gynecology) in 1974,Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists(FRCOG) in 1995,Fellow of Hong Kong College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FHKCOG) in 1995, Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (FHKAM) (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) in 1995。

Certified sub-specialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (CREI) .Currently undertaking projects in: immune causes of recurrent miscarriage and recurrent implantation failure; use of androgens for women classified as poor responders; and endometriosis.
