Member of Senior member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and a graduate of Hong Kong Corporate Governance Association.

Worked at one of the “Top 4” international accounting firms for more than 10 years providing audit, consulting and other assurance services for enterprises.

Possesses profound professional knowledge and is familiar with laws and regulations related to accounting, auditing, taxation and financial management.

Currently responsible for corporate governance and investor relations management of the Group.
